**Cancellation & No-Show Policy** We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows and same-day cancellations will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled on short notice, we appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
